You will have 12 weekly zoom coaching sessions with me. All sessions are tailored to your needs, progress, challenges and goals.
Sessions takes place across a
12 week period.

You can communicate directly with me via email, instant messenger or voice note during the programme,
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
I'll respond within 24 hours so you feel supported throughout the journey.
